Craig Alexander
Craig AlexanderOwner/General Manager Food Processing
CRAIG ALEXANDER, CSM, joined Management Recruiters in 1978 as a recruiter specializing in Management and Technical positions in the food processing, wine and beverages, and consumer products manufacturing industries. He was named the Regional Rookie of the Year in 1979. Craig was inducted into Management Recruiters National Hall of Fame in 1986 for outstanding production and service to his clients. In 1994 Craig was elected to Management Recruiters Corporate Advisory Council by his fellow franchisees. Craig consistently ranks as one of the top food industry recruiters in the USA. Prior to joining Management Recruiters, Craig was a Headquarter Sales Manager for a major consumer products company. He has a degree in Business Administration from Boise State University. Craig became Owner/Manager of Management Recruiters of Boise in 1985. His hobbies include gardening, golf, travel, and fly-fishing.

Jamie Griffin
Jamie GriffinVice President, National Accounts Food Processing & Pet Food Manufacturing
Jamie joined MRI Boise in 2002 and specializes in Food Processing and Pet Food Manufacturing searches. Before joining MRI Boise, Jamie was a plant Quality Assurance Manager for a division of ConAgra Foods. With over 10 years of food manufacturing industry experience in Regulatory Affairs, Labeling Compliance, QA, and Production Management, Jamie has a unique ability to find highly qualified people for our client companies. Jamie excels in interpreting his client companies’ technical needs and selling candidates on the challenge and opportunity. His ability to understand the unique nature of pet food manufacturing has enabled Jamie to be one of the most successful recruiters for that industry over the last 12 years. Much of that success can be directly attributed to his personal attendance at several pet food industry meetings.

Jamie has a competitive nature and consistently ranks among the top food industry recruiters in the MRINetwork™. In 2009 Jamie earned his CSAM certification (Certified Senior Account Managers), the elite group of MRI recruiters who have passed a 4-hour certification test covering employment law, customer service excellence, and business ethics. Therese Seefeldt
Therese SeefeldtVice President, National Dairy Accounts
Therese Seefeldt specializes in partnering with small to medium size innovative Dairy processing companies to help attract top dairy manufacturing talent. Her client companies typically include those producing products such as: yogurt, soft and hard cheese, artisan cheese, whey, milk protein concentrates, fluid milk, ice cream, dry powdered milk, butter and dairy based beverages. She joined MRI Boise in late 2009 with a determined eagerness to succeed after her former employer dissolved due to economic conditions.

Therese has a BS Degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University in her home state of Michigan. Her specialized knowledge in the Dairy processing Industry is essential in identifying targeted candidates and communicating the clients unique needs. Her approach is simple: 1. ask questions, 2. listen to learn, 3. communicate process and expectations and 4. proceed ahead with determination and persistence to achieve results. Savannah Roberts
Savannah RobertsAccount Executive, National Accounts Finance
Savannah joined our company during her last year of college as an Intern, and quickly stepped into the position of Account Executive upon graduating with a BA in Human Resource Management. Her skill set has allowed her to make connections with both hiring managers and candidates quickly, while building report and credibility with a multitude of organizations.

She primarily focuses on locating and placing candidates in the Finance and Accounting industry. Savannah has had great early success in placing candidates within this industry and is growing her network substantially. She has gained repeat business from the majority of her clients, as well as referrals throughout the marketplace.

Savannah has made a well-respected name for herself as our Finance Recruiter and she actively gets referrals from current clients as her success has been extremely impressive.  She was awarded “National Rookie of the Year” for MRI Network in 2018 where she competed against 400 other offices.  She also won MRI Pacesetter Award for Top Ranking Performance in 2018.

Heidi Bowman
Heidi BowmanOffice Manager/Search Project Manager
HEIDI BOWMAN joined MRI Boise in 2015. Since that time, she has become an essential part of our business as the Office Manager and Search Project Manager. Heidi manages all administrative, internet e-recruiting and e-marketing activities, purchasing, and information technology systems for our company. She is a key factor in facilitating our staffing solutions for clients as well as candidates. Heidi attended Boise State University. Heidi is an Actress with River City Entertainment as well. She enjoys reading, paddle boarding, running, bartending and activities with her teenage daughter.
Gaby Pedraza
Gaby PedrazaProject Coordinator

Gaby Pedraza joined MRI Boise in the Spring of 2018 as a Project Coordinator. She supports the team throughout the sourcing, recruiting, hiring phases, and sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, cold calling, employee referrals, candidate referrals and in-house database. She is currently a senior at Boise State University and will be graduating with a BS in Social Sciences, Fall of 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, dancing, cooking, participating in races, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Tyler Newton
Tyler NewtonProject Coordinator
Tyler Newton joined Management Recruiters in the summer of 2018 as a project coordinator and internet researcher. Tyler is currently in the pursuit of a double major in Supply Chain and Information Technology Management, and works directly with the supply chain and logistics recruiter Cesar Rayo. His goal is to research current projects, discover and input new possible clients and candidates, while improving the overall flow and productivity of the entire office. Tyler enjoys baseball, basketball, hiking, camping, cooking, and traveling.
